Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Aliya grew up appreciating time spent outdoors through a multitude of hobbies, ranging from downhill skiing to sunset-soaked country drives. After a brief stint living in Denver, she now is based in the Phoenix metro area and enjoying the sunnier weather.

Throughout her career, Aliya has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including winter sports, higher education, and legal services. She has collaborated on in-house teams, thrives in fast-paced agency settings, and has worked in a freelance capacity with independent clients for over four years. She also has been providing couples, families, and individuals with portrait photography services for nearly seven years.

Aliya received her B.A. in advertising and minors in graphic design, Spanish, and professional writing from the University of Idaho. She is multi-faceted in her creative skillset and loves connecting with new people.
